connect one IP camera with computer seperately under the same router, connect one pc only (it's better to power off other device when update, avoid of other cameras will update also ) 

1. modify the PC's IP address to : 192.168.168.128 , modify Subnet to : 255.255.255.0
2. copy the file "updev.bin"  to the USB disk
3. open the " tftpserver.exe", power on the IP camera, waiting for it to update, and will note "complete" 
4. after complete, then close "tftpserver.exe",  then search the IPC.
